Felt like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old town, offering great value for money. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the welcome biscuit and mint tea upon arrival to the simple map provided to navigate the bustling streets. The staff go above and beyond, collecting guests from the car park and ensuring their requests are met. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of air-conditioning and a terrace offering stunning views.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the center and in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The hotel facilities were great.

Lovely owner provided great tips, booked activities and restaurants, made us feel at home. Beautifully decorated riad, peaceful atmosphere. Good location near souk entry, short walk to the square. Best meal of our trip at the riad. Highly recommend and will stay again.

The location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet area but still within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and cute, making us feel like part of the family. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and authentic experience. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast every morning, delicious and served at a time of our choosing. it was one of our favorite stays during our city trip.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, but the owner personally guided us there and helped with our luggage.

The location of the hotel, tucked away in a secluded alley, made it hard to find if we didn't order a taxi to take us there. However, once we arrived, we realized it was worth the effort. The beautiful riad was located on the outskirts of the medina, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The language barrier was a bit challenging since we only spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French. It would have been helpful to have someone who could communicate with us more fluently.

The staff was kind, cute, and attentive. The riad's colors were fine and created a beautiful atmosphere. The courtyard was a peaceful sanctuary, transporting you to another world. The sunlight that filled the courtyard was good. It was the perfect place to relax and find tranquility. The Moroccan experience at this riad was really good. I would definitely stay here again.
